By accessing or using MemoryRestore (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

MemoryRestore provides AI-powered photo restoration services. We offer free low-resolution previews of restored photos. High-resolution versions are available upon payment.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You must own the rights to any photos you upload, or have permission from the rights holder.
  • You must not upload any illegal content, including but not limited to copyrighted material you do not own, or content that violates any laws.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any order information.
  • You must provide accurate contact information, particularly a valid email address for receiving restoration previews.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with notice.
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • Free previews are provided before payment — you only pay if you are satisfied with the result.
  • Payment is required before high-resolution files are delivered.

5. Refund Policy

  • If you are not satisfied with the restoration result after payment, you may request one free revision within 3 days of delivery.
  • If the revision still does not meet your expectations, you may request a full refund.
  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the original delivery.
  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days to the original payment method.

6. File Storage & Deletion

  • Uploaded photos and processed files are stored securely and automatically deleted after 7 days.
  • It is your responsibility to download and save your restored photos within this period.
  • We are not responsible for lost files after the 7-day deletion window.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • While we strive for the best possible restoration quality, results may vary depending on the condition of the original photo.
  • We are not liable for any emotional distress or damages arising from the use of our service.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.

8. Intellectual Property

  • You retain all rights to your original photos.
  • We may request permission to use anonymized before/after comparisons in our gallery. This is entirely optional.
  • Our AI models, website design, and branding are our intellectual property.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
